My review:

I knew picking this novel up that Jesse’s story was going to be intense, emotional and a hard journey as you were given glimpses of his tortued and hardened soul in Books 1 & 2. I loved Jesse from the start, I knew he was special from his friendship with Kadence. Can I say I loved his dad’s letter – made me teary and was revealed at the perfect moment in the story and loved Kadence and her role in that too.

Now Nurse Bell she was interesting, I struggled with her at some points but still loved her and she was perfect for Jesse in the end. Bell definitely had characteristics of being the oldest and duty bound responsible daughter so I could understand her weakness with her parents and not wanting to desert them.

Kadence & Nix are still number one couple for me in this series and I loved returning to see them all again including Sy & Holly.

Now one story I would love would be Paige and also Lissy who was Bell’s friend, I think she was really funny and in your face which is what Bell needed.

This story flows well, it is emotional and their love journey takes a back seat at some points whilst both main characters sort out their inner demons but the ending is just worth the wait and the sex scenes were really hot and saucy.
