Making no apologies here I simply loved Stealing Amy, yes it is totally left of centre but I could not put this down as Amy is a sensual woman and Andrew is just all alpha man This is fast paced, has great humour and continues on with the mystery story that surrounds the Disciples series.

Now to be honest I did not overly enjoy book 1, Keeping Lily, it was too fast paced for me but all reviews I read for book 2 said to read book 1 – I did and I am glad because you need to meet Lucifer before you get to Andrew. Lucifer is an interesting character and it is great to see him progress further in this next instalment.

Amy and Andrew’s connection both physical and emotional just clicked all the way and then add Amy’s beautifully adaptable daughter Abigail and it just cements itself as a great romance read. I read this in a day, it gives you everything, passionate sex scenes and then mystery and suspense.

We also return to see Lucifer and Lily who surprisingly felt more together as a couple and I actually enjoyed them in this book and also seeing more of their family.

Jonathan and his interactions with Abigail, looking after her and Amy, he was a favourite character for me in Stealing Amy. I would also love a story on Simon as I think he will have a strong web of protection around his heart and it will take a special girl for him to lose control.

Crave will take you to a place that will make you cry, shake with fear and make your skin crawl, it is everything a dark and erotic story has and so much more but you need to be strong and Angel is an incredible character and shows what the mind and heart are capable of.

Crave is dark and even I struggled with the storyline and at times I became desolate and I admit right here at some points I skimmed a paragraph as I could not cope with what Angel was going through. I struggled with the hurt and degradation to her at the hands of old men. There is so much darkness in this story and you are not given light until the last few chapters and by then I was so depressed and raw, upon finishing Crave it took me awhile to process this story. When Samael found those tapes in his dad’s office that was the final straw for me, it broke my heart.

Crave is dark, more it will break your soul and for a moment in time you will think humanity has forgotten Angel and then Samael does eventually save her and can I say the ending restored my hope but left me raw.

I do not think I could ever read this again but I am so glad I read Angel and Samuel’s story, I am not brave enough to return.

Hold Me Down has left me feeling so many emotions, I am raw, this was a devastatingly dark and highly emotional read, it had me gripped and I wanted to crawl into this story and stand with Talia when she was getting attacked from so many of her inner circle.

The Christmas period had me devastated, when she went on the medication, she was so alone and her semester back in college having to go to that class, she showed her strength.

One surprising story within Hold Me Down is her faith as a Jew, it was actually really incredible how the author spun Talia’s beliefs and her upbringing into her need for control and acknowledgement of good deeds. Talia’s relationship with her parents helps you to understand how she thinks and her inner turmoils and need to affection.

Now onto Beardy McBlue Eyes ,well Dr Poole is bold and direct however towards the end I think I fell in love with that man, the showdown between Talia and Sean and their emotional outpouring of grief from their time apart gave me tingles and tears.

The passionate dominating scenes in Hold Me Down flow well, the build up of sexual tension and anticipation will have your squirming in your seat as you read.

I love the cover of this book and I would honestly read another whole story on Dr Poole and Talia.

Review

Daddy’s Girl has me torn in two, how can I devour a book that is just a little bit wrong and dirty? Well I read it in a day, could not put it down, knew It would be hard but you once you pick this up you will like me keep turning those pages wanting to know how it ends – I simply loved the ending.

Lily’s mother was one character that I truly wanted to hurt very badly and then Law, well words fail me on that man, he is demented and dangerous but wow when he is that erotic and dominating man within the dark walls of Lily’s life well – speechless.

The mystery of Lily’s family and then the other players in this underworld is astonishing and when you realise where she is being held – well I was shocked – I had to take a moment as I was horrified and just so angry.

Lily’s strength her way to adapt to her situation and her issues obviously with her own father – her back story was interesting and helped me understand her actions and emotions to her situation.

Barred was another great love story in the Billionaire & Bohemians series. I loved book 1 Tamed and Barred although following a similar romantic journey still had differences to keep me glued to the pages and reading this in a day, I could not put it down.

Billionaires & Bohemians Series (Tamed and Barred) gives the reader both beautiful love stories. The way these two brothers have fallen in love with artistic and compassionate women who are so far removed from their lives but bring so much with them to the individual relationships of these two brothers is excellent. All characters to me evolve and grow as their romantic relationships do and I loved that, it’s like these women show the brothers the other side of privileged life.

I would have loved to had a chapter with Lux’s mother meeting Sara as she was a favourite character of mine from Tamed Book 1 and intricate to the first love story. I am so sure Lux’s mother would have been all over Sara being the woman her son would eventually marry.

The sensual erotic scenes between Lux and Sara are beautifully written and the tug of war Lux has with his business and how he encourages Sara in her career was an excellent side story to their romance.

It was also wonderful to see Elodie and Kingston again in this story. I do hope we get another story with these brothers and their wives embarking on the next stage of their lives together perhaps all in New York and Lux repairing his relationship with his parents.

My only complaint it did feel rushed at the end but I was also not ready to let Lux and Sara go!

I really loved the series All or Nothing – Dominic and Katherine definitely are two characters that provide a simply erotic and highly emotional love story – just beautiful and what a journey we have been taken on – never a dull moment!

Out of all three books this is my favourite, the emotional tug of war these two characters go through in order to find their happy ever after is simply heart breaking. I loved how Nana was brought into the story even more and her support for Katherine was lovely.

Dominic has some real hurdles to overcome and poor Katherine has to fight to have her dream and I did struggle with one scene where he locked themselves away for the “three week plan”, I actually did not like Dominic at this point in the book.

No matter how much money they have at the start of this book their happiness is taken from them in a most dreadful way and I was overcome with such emotion for Katherine.

I did find Dominic over the top over protective when it came to Katherine and her pregnancy but then some inner part of me remembers that is his way, Katherine is only 22 and so young.

I keep telling myself that Dominic is a very cynical character and then way he cocoons her into his life is a beautiful thing in the end and they do get their HEA.

Knight definitely takes his Queen and they give it All or Nothing to have their family – I was so happy for them.

Knight’s Game began where Knight’s Mistress ended and you knew their dynamic chemistry would just continue to build. Plenty of sexual scenes that will have your panting and holding your breathe but this instalment gives us so much more of an emotional read.

Knight’s Game takes us behind Dominic’s facade and his walls slowly start to crumble and we learn more of his upbringing as we meet his sister Melanie and her family.

His family played a bigger part as did Kate’s Nan which has one of my favourite thoughts and sums up Dominic fighting his way to the end in the story for his happiness and to make his own family;

“Nana stood on the porch and watched the wealthy young man walk through the snow in his sandals, get into his rental car and drive away. She’d never met anyone so alone, she thought.”

Knight’s Game changed the direction in their relationship and the surprises and romantic guestures is why I love reading Romance novels.

The love letter and declaration by Dominic with the flowers brought tears to my eyes.

I love the international Covers for this whole 3 book series.
Katherine is 10 years younger than Dominic and it is interesting to follow their initial meeting and the intense physical and emotional scenes where these two characters carefully constructed walls are torn down. Katherine is stubborn and headstrong but also beautifully polite and it is refreshing to have a character like her and I immediately connected. She is not naive but has an endearing outlook on life from her small town upbringing. I also love her IT back story and it is great to have a young female character with brains, taking down the bad guys and impressing a hot alpha billionaire.
I love Katherine’s desire for food and enjoying the simple things in life – this is probably why Dominic finds her a breath of fresh air.
The sexual scenes were simply off the charts erotic and put quite simply will make you tingle, the sensual play and controlling orgasms had me on the edge of my seat.
The ending of this first instalment is emotional but these two characters have a long way to go and I cannot wait to follow their relationship.
I am sensing we will continue to travel around the globe following them to find their happiness.
This story flows well, it is not rushed and we jumped ahead in time when they were on the boat and I for one was glad as I was itching to get to the end of the 7 days to find out how Knight’s Mistress would end and where we end up in order to continue into Knight’s Game (All or Nothing Book 2).

Simply loved this story, it is beautiful, erotic and I could not put it down. This is my second story by this author, I have read Silent Daughter that she co-wrote and again I have another fantastic story with lots of emotion, passion and tingle in your tummy sex scenes.

You can connect easily to the two main characters as we get both POV and I loved the interaction between Kingston and Elodie. She definitely Tamed Kingston as she simply wanted nothing from him, she was pure and hard working and you can easily see why cynical Kingston fell for her.

One of my favourite characters was Kingston’s mother Mrs Abrams, she definitely influenced key points in their love story. I actually loved how she took Elodie under her wing like a mother would a daughter.

The erotic sex scenes are really well written and highly enjoyable.

One character that was weird for me was her ex “friend with benefits” Benjamin as I thought he would cause more damage as it was implied but in the end he was pretty insignificant to the overall story.

Favourite part for me was the Engagement party and I loved how this did not get overly ugly between Kingston and Gloria. The Epilogue ties up all the loose ends is a beautifully romantic way and I do wonder if we will have a story on his brother and perhaps see more of where Kingston and Elodie?

Review

Silent Daughter was one simply dark, dangerous, dirty and down right delicious read. I could pick this up again as I was not ready to leave Leonard and Liz because I want to know their future.

One of my favourite parts of this book was the fact we get dual POV which enables you to connect to both characters as this is a highly emotional read. The sexual BDSM scenes are highly erotic and some of the most intense I have read in a long time – truly satisfying and give you all those tingles and stomach turns you read dark romance novels for.

Silent Daughter Liz is ignored and ridiculed by her family for being different, wanting an education over an arranged marriage. The way this is written you immediately connect to her on an emotional level and could see how she could be intrigued by Leonard when she first meets him. Leonard and Liz are outsiders in a world of money and privilege who have deep dark secret needs.

Leonard peels away the layers of Liz, at the start this is a mind and physical game for him but it is riveting to see how the dynamic in their relationship changes over the course of the book. Leonard frees the Silent Daughter, he enable Liz to escape from the guilded cage that is her life and encourages her to be herself and acknowledge her different needs.

Whilst I devoured the darkness, emotional and physical erotic scenes of this story, the ending provided me with romance and new beginnings and gave me the lightness of love.
