1 Tell us a little bit about yourself (family, hobbies, pets, etc).

I have two tiny dogs and four fast growing children. They’re all quite young so I have to fit writing around mom time, husband time, and all of my other responsibilities. But it’s all a lot of fun at the end of the day, and we all love playing board games and going on road trips together. I personally, am a fairly keen knitter.

2 How did you get into writing and why romance?

It’s my favourite genre to read and I’m very attracted to a happy ever after because life isn’t always like that, so reading should be.

3 Do you ever re-enact the sex scenes you write about?

Lol! I generally write things I’ve already done so I can explain it properly *winks*

4 Name a romance book or series you would love to see as a movie/TV Series.

About a year ago, I would have said Outlander, but that’s already happening. So now, I think I’d like to see The Black Dagger Brotherhood in the small screen. I think that would be really awesome.

5 Have you ever read a book based solely on its cover?

Always. I’m a cover whore.

6 What is your ideal way to end a long day?

Coffee, chocolate, quiet and a good movie with hubby.

7 Describe your ultimate holiday.

Poolside with flowing cocktails and a fully loaded Kindle.

Jamie from Outlander. There’s just no going past that man.

9 What turns you on and what turns you off?

In a book boyfriend? Strong and commanding men turn me on. But men who are overly dominating turn me off.

11 Who is on your top five author’s “Freebie List”?

Hmmmm, this is a hard one because there are so many these days.

Well, I have to say Lilliana Anderson, because her book A Beautiful Struggle is one of the first kindle books I downloaded and when I contacted her about it, we got talking and she let me beta read for her. That was really awesome and introduced me to the whole idea of independent publishing.

Next, I would have to say Jessica Sorenson, I have a few of her books and I keep seeing that she offers first books in her series for free.

Then, RL Mathewson, I got into her Neighbor From Hell Series on a free download.

Marie Force, her Gansett Island series has a free download, which are all light reads that I love.

T Gephart’s Lexi series was another with a free starter that I loved. It’s rocker romance.

And there’s a stack more, of course, but that’s who I can think of off the top of my head.

12 You have a table booked for four in your favourite restaurant. Who would you invite to join you?

I know I’m supposed to pick some book boyfriends or celebrities for this, but I’d really love it to be all of my friends and family at once. If everyone could align their schedules for a day, that would be brill.
